VAPOR is the Visualization and Analysis Platform for Ocean, Atmosphere, and Solar Researchers. It provides an interactive 3D visualization environment that can produce animations and still frame images, and runs on Windows, OSX, Ubuntu, and CentOS.

3.6.0 is now live!

New improvements include:
  • Slice Renderers can now be arbitrarily oriented

  • The Contour Renderer now supports 3D variables, and can also be arbitrarily oriented

  • New Flow integration tools for data analysis along pathlines and streamlines
